These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the professional website development, hosting, and maintenance services provided by BlueGrep (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to the client (“you” or “customer”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Overview

BlueGrep offers a variety of digital solutions including, but not limited to:
• Shared hosting plans with varying features and resource limits
• E-commerce website development
• Service-based business website development
• Ongoing maintenance and support plans
Each plan includes features as described at the time of purchase or proposal.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.
  • No refunds are offered once hosting is activated or project work has begun.
  • Shared hosting services are available on both monthly and annual billing cycles. The renewal billing will follow the selected cycle.
  • Hosting renewal reminders will be sent before expiration. Non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Late payments may attract additional fees or delayed service delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete content including: text, images, videos, pricing, business info, etc.
  • Delay in providing content or approvals may impact the completion and functionality of your website.
  • BlueGrep is not responsible for missing features due to incomplete content submissions from the client.

4. Content Updates

  • Content updates refer to minor changes on existing pages such as:
    • Replacing images or banners
    • Editing or adding short text sections (paragraphs, price changes, contact info, etc.)
    • Adding new products (if within the supported product count)
    • Updating business hours, addresses, or social links
  • Not included under basic updates:
    • Major page redesign
    • Adding entirely new sections or pages
    • Functionality changes or plugin/module development
  • Websites that require regular content updates must subscribe to a website pro maintenance plan, which includes:
    • A fixed number of monthly content changes
    • Weekly backups
    • Plugin/theme updates (WordPress)
    • Performance and security monitoring

5. Hosting Terms

  • Hosting packages are subject to the resource limits defined in each plan.
  • Hosting services are available on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen plan.
  • Renewal billing follows the selected cycle — monthly or annually.
  • Misuse of resources (spam, malware, phishing, etc.) will result in immediate suspension or termination of hosting.
  • Clients are advised to take regular backups. While we may provide backup solutions, we are not responsible for loss of data caused by client actions or third-party interference.

6. Domain and SSL

• Some plans include free domain registration and SSL for one year.
• Domains are typically registered under BlueGrep’s management unless otherwise agreed.
• Domain transfers and re-registration are available upon request and may involve additional charges.

7. Support Policy

  • Support covers website uptime, bug fixes, and hosting/server-related queries.
  • Basic training may be offered post-delivery for clients to manage their own content (where applicable).
  • Any extended support or frequent technical help is covered under paid maintenance.

8. Design and Intellectual Property

  • All designs, source code, and assets remain the property of BlueGrep unless a written agreement is made to transfer ownership.
  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or replicate designs/code without written permission.
  • Use of licensed fonts, templates, or graphics is subject to third-party licensing agreements.

9. Suspension and Termination

  • Accounts may be suspended if invoices are unpaid, terms are violated, or services are misused.
  • BlueGrep may terminate services if the client is uncooperative, abusive, or fails to provide essential inputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, revenue, or data.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Amendments

BlueGrep reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of substantial changes via email or our official website.
